hey guys well i finally got to putting my gk-13-cn250 back together and we got it back and now the spark plug is dry it has spark but its dry
and that got me thinking about when i tore it down, when i was taring it down i misstook the valve adjustment bolts as one that hold the valve cover well need less to say i moved one i put it back to where i though it was and i am wondering where it should be and how to make it in the right place

here is a little info on how to do this just make sure motor is on tdc on compression ,there should be a mark on the inside of valve cover and a punch mark on cam,line them up.
also when you do this it don't hurt to pull spark plug out and make sure the piston is all the way up with a screw driver or wooden dowel,when you line the marks up.
DON'T leave any thing in plug hole while turning motor over and turn it over by hand,with the spark plug out it turns over pretty easy
you might have to turn motor over a few time before you get the marks lined up if you turn motor over to fast you will miss the marks,so just go slow.

mine are set at the following,

intake. looking at it from the intake manifold. 7 marks from the end.

exhaust. looking at it from the header, 8 marks from the end.

ok how do i know which ones intake and which ones exaust and i am not sure if mine has marks in it ill get a pic in a lil bit

the one closest to the carb and intake manifold is the intake and the one closest the exhaust is the exhaust.
