Did it only bog down on hills or on the flat areas as well?
Could it be your belt slipping?

Did you pick up your windscreen?

I would start by checking the fuel flow, air filter, then the belt and variator

I agree with a fuel flow issue... I'd look at your float bowl first thing. A little history would help too. New buggy to you? If not, how's it ran in the past?

Hey Chris a little off subject but, I put 10" car radiator fans on my buggies, they rock.

If it is giving you fits mostly on an incline, make sure you check out your float level too.

That depends. Can you pull your float bowl with the carb on the buggy? If so, the easy thing to do is pull the float bowl and check to see how much fuel you have in there. Is there enough to not starve the carb once the buggy is at an incline? If not, or if you have to pull the carb anyway... Once the carb is off and the float bowl is removed, put a piece of hose on your carb fuel inlet and blow. While blowing, gently lift the float until you can no longer easily blow through the hose. That'll tell you at what point the float needle is shutting off fuel flow. As far as adjusting goes, I just eyeball mine. Just want enough fuel in the bowl to keep a constant flow through the carb at a variety of angles. I'm sure someone here has the exact specs on adjusting the float, however. As far as adjusting the level goes, just bend the small tang that's on the float that the needle is hanging on. It only takes a small amount of movement so don't bend like crazy.

If you are using the stock fuel filter, that should be changed too. Even after I changed that, my 250 sand viper would cut out going up hill unless I had the gas tank half full or more, or had the petcock on reserve. Anyway, don't forget to replace the fuel filter.

BTW, where is Indian Canyon? I was at Rowher flats yesterday.
