They bumped the engine up 180cc with EFI which doesn't sound like much since it is 200 lbs heavier. What is really the news is that the tires went from 20" to 24" and the rear solid swing axle is now IRS. There are a bunch of electronics added to this buggy (which I really try to avoid), but it does give a parent more control when their kid is first learning.
