Out of tucson as well. This isn't the distributer. They are in phoenix. Probably just a reseller like yourself that went to ebay?

You can call me David. I am the chairman of Joyner factory in China, coming here to find out some useful guide/suggestion to future development.

There are too many "factories" in China, everyone here works hard.

By the way, "Chairman" is like what Americans call CEO (for publicly traded companies) or President/Owner.

David, One huge suggestion I have is hand controls like the Pilot. it saves on seat adjustments and opens you to the disabled rider market which is a big part of the Pilot crowd.

We have modified A Blade for hand contols for a Handicaped Girl, since they are basic motorcycle controls it is quite siple to do actually. I will try to get pictures.
