Here's how it preformed in the sand.

It's still on the unmodified clutch in the video, he just received his clutch back on Friday, here is what he had to say about it so far.

[The clutch] works very well, i hit 60+mph and it didn't even start to over rev. the throttle response is greatly improved and the rpm's are just about right on. i'm going to play with it a bit this weekend to get a real good feel for it.
by the way, [Vforcejohn] you should include a set of rear tires with the clutch mod, cause in a day or two i won't have any tread left on mine. never had a sxs that would spin the tires like this, or drift on dry pavement!

From what I've been hearing the Teryx is a very capable and rugged machine. I haven't had a chance to see one in person yet (out of curiosity--it's way too wide to be of use to me), but others say the frame is a work of art. One review in Side X Side Action stated it has a "ton of potential to be unleashed by the aftermarket". Normally if they weren't impressed with the power and speed they would just say it doesn't compare favorably to (insert recent favorite advertiser here). The odd way they worded that may mean they were really impressed with most aspects and still felt that while the Teryx isn't real fast stock, the Kawasaki 750 V-twin has lots of potential for improvement (as Chase has shown). At over 1300 Lbs. wet the fact that the Teryx can be boosted to beat a Rzr is proof of the "potential" mentioned in the SXS Action magazine.

Too bad it's 58" wide. I already have a 58" wide SxS that can beat a Rzr

Thought I would throw in some personal experience here. Those videos don't do the stroker kits justice. There are some guys here in AZ running stroker kits (not sure of brand) that would spank that teryx. I raced one last month with my Alba racing engines 686 (50hp) and it checked out from me  I wasn't running my in car cam that day or I would show you a video. The owner says it does 79mph! The new Prowler 1000cc does 80+ stock
