ok here is a list of everything I have done to mine.

11, 14,15 gram rollers. the 11 gram made a rock crawler out of it, tons of bottom end.

blue polini main spring. I had this one in with the 14 and 15 gram rollers. shifyed to soon for me.

white malossi main spring. tried this one with the above rollers. stayed in low gear longer better climbing still have it in.

malossi adjustable clutch. tried this with the above combos, adjusted it and with the right springs for each driving style and terrian works like a champ. still have it in

malossi variator. tried it with all of the combos above. gives good top speed retention and changed the shift points. still in there.

adjustable cdi. tried it with all the combos. works well, the engine will hit 9000 rpm and not miss a beat. still in there.

uni and rejet. same as above tried a k&n. uni gave better performance. have a 132 jet.

malossi clutch springs, tried all three sets and the red works best with my combo.

so to shorten things up my Blade 250 has.
11 gram rollers
malossi variator
malossi adjustable clutch.
red clutch springs
white malossi main spring
adjustable cdi
132 jet and a uni
fmf slip on muffler

and yes it took me 2 days at durhamtown to test all this
