Has anyone tried a sigma jet kit on a GTS 150 or anything similar. Any thoughts on them.

What are you trying to do? Have you changed your air filter or exhaust?

Yes I'm adding a uni.

I see. Yes, you'll probably want to change your jetting, but dropping $40 on a jet kit is probably more than what you need to do. I apologize, but I forgot about what size main jet comes stock on the 150's. You'll likely only need 2-3 jets and they're pretty cheap. I guess I would call BuggypartsNW or another dealer and see what they recommend. That or hopefully someone more knowledgeable in the 150s can chime in.

The only jet you need to replace is the main jet, and replacing the stock air box with a UNI is only going to affect it so much. I don't know the size of your main jet, but I think 108 comes to mind, maybe 118. If it's a 118, I'd go up to maybe a 125 and then check your plug after some WOT runs.

A GY6 will have a stock 105-112 main jet. Replacing the air box with a CAI (cold air intake) will put you at a 115-125 main jet based on how well your engine flows and your altitude and air temperature. Getting a 3-pack main jet kit from one of the trusted dealers is the easiest.

Make sure you install an intake runner between your carburetor and air filter on your 150cc engine. If you do not, the intake air will be too turbulent and cause fuel atomization problems.
