I just paid 3200 for mine...here in NC...and it was a 2006 as well...500 miles on it.

I have not seen too many of them around in the KC area as I was looking for about 6 months, you may need to look at 300 mile or so circle.

Check to see if he is the original owner, if he is then he probably paid close to 7k for it. My owner was the third guy, who never paid $$ for it, he bartered an ATV for it so he while he had some sense of value he never paid anything out of pocket for it so he was willing to make a deal as he needed cash to fix his truck.

i see a lot of '06 & '07 650cc joyners for sale on craigs list and e-bay. most of them do not sell that high. maybe 3k to 3,500 at the most.
