I'm trying to remove the Reverse shift cable from my 150 which is a Kasea but I think basically a twister hammerhead. I've read some other posts but their reverse cable attachment to the rear housing are different. My cable goes into a large tube which is attached to the housing, the tube doesn't come off. After removing all the housing bolts I can pull the housing off about 3/4" and can just barely see the inside of the housing but still can't see where I can release the cable. I've attached a pic. If anyone has experience with this setup please provide your expertise, otherwise I'm going to have to remove the cable from the shifter and pull the whole motor out with it attached. The shift cable is at the upper right, you can see I've pulled the housing off (to the right in the picture) as far as I could.

Thanks, Bill.

On the Hammerhead, the TUBE part does come off. What you have to do is take the cable loose at the control lever end, so that you have some slack in the cable, then twist and pull the tube off.
