OK, I have the opportunity of living in So Cal, so I tried a bunch of buggies today. Got to say, although it's not the most powerful, the BMS 800 has the most comfort, fit and finish, ease of shifting and control, looks, of all the buggies my wife and I tried. I could get the larger engine BMS, but just don't have have the extra $1500 for the 1100. The quality, ergonomics, or features of other buggies we tried just weren't a fit. You'd be surprised at some of the crapola out there! So, what are some of the most simple mods I can do after break-in to give it the little extra torque/power it will need? Don't need to go balls to the wall @ first, but I guess some extra breathing couldn't hurt. The one I tested crapped out at high RPM. Is that a fuel issue/rev limiter issue? Also, where to order shock straps and longer bolts? Thanks and glad to be part of the BN family! Thad |

WILL DO! Hope it was a blast in Ocotillo!!!!! Hey, haven't even got the buggy, hopefully Wed. Got any suggestions for performance-I can't keep anything stock.There must be something wrong with me, seriously.

well i rode in jojano's 800 roketa and that thing can get up and go he has a turbo on it and lots of new wireing |

Ok, here goes: 1. tried the new kinroad 300. Big, nice suspension, lots of torque for a 300, but it is not fast. In addition, just like Athena told me @ awesome buggies, the chinese cheapened it up-seats were like cardboard, cheap gauges, tiny blinkers that had already snapped of, questionable welds, and the demo had a hard time starting. Not much passenger room-my left leg was hitting the side of the buggy and it was irritating for the 10 minutes I rode it! 2. Although Sean has built a buggy that is made for the Baja 1000-power, bullet proof welded frame, it was not user friendly enough for my wife and I. I kept stalling it because the clutch play was soooooooo sensitive. I was also driving on pavement, and you could really tell how much you appreciated a differential because it has a locked rear end which made it hard to steer. Like I said this thing is more like a race buggy, so it is hard to climb in and out. This buggy is perfect for Galamis or high speed desert driving, it was just not a fit for me. 3. That ODES 1000. Well, it goes fast. That's it. Real cheezy build quality, small, cramped passenger compartment. My wife saw it and didn't even want to get in it. Nough said! When I went into the BMS warehouse, it was big, clean, neat, the crates were all clean and undamaged. The employees were professional and all their products were spotlessly displayed. It gave me a feeling of confidence. In addition, I have another BMS cart for my daughter, and when there was any trouble, they were more than happy to send parts or give advice. It's a good company So there you have it. You have to purchase the product that fits your needs, but you have to research before you know what will fit, and which company is established enough to back their products up!

No, the kinroad 300 can be purchased @ express atvs. But yes, I visited all!! BTW, I'm working out a deal with Joe @ Desert Toys. Nicest guy!!! Looks like the BMS 1100! No need for engine upgrades in the near future if I go this route! Totally Jazzed!

SWEET ya he is an awesome guy he helps you out a ton and really cares about his customers i will let you know when i am going out to ootillo next hopefully soon i need to fix my exhaust then ill be ready when ever |
