Sorry guys new here and was wondering if anyone has a baja DN 250 repair manual that will show the vaccum hoses diagram? I pick edone of these chinese wiring nightmares up for $200 bucks so my kids could have something to beat around the 2 acres with. I have the owners manual and the assembly manual but the dont show me were the vaccum hoses go. I cleaned the carb according to the link on this sight, changed the oil, drained fuel tank, new fuel filter and gas,new cdi box, new plug/coil/wire, new solenoid and figured out the wiring mess this other guy had but i cant get it to run without spraying carb spray in carb first!!!! if i let off the gas it will die.

Also am in the market for a 30 or 32mm pumper if anyone has one laying around their garage they dont need anymore! Those dont have vaccum lines right?

thanks for helping a newbie at this buggy game out!

welcome to buggynews. if you have a vacumn style fuel valve then the bottom hose on it goes to a tee fitting, from there one goes to the intake manifold and the other goes to the carb.

yes it will help if you dont go to big. put a uni or k&n filter on it and about a 115-120 jet. there are some pictures of the lines on here somewhere

Thanks Bige! I'll look into getting some jets off your website because thats where I got my coil, cdi box, solenoid, plugs and wire(Lynn Haven FL address). I also got it running today, had a plugged jet so I cleaned em all again! Who'd of "thunk it" that a month of sitting and it would clogg up those Jets man they can tarnish easily ill tell ya. The wiring was a mess and where the the two wiring harnesses plugged into each other (Under seats) had melted and shorted out the whole system. I wired it all up with male/female shrink wrap connectors and she fired right up and we went for a spin. Pics to come soon!!! thanks guys this forum is great.

welcome to buggynews, the top line on the vacumn fuel valve goes the the inlet just above the fuel bowl on the carb, the bottom line on the fuel valve goes to a tee fitting that has one line going to the intake manifold

also a good fuel filter will help!

the small jets get clogged from ANY debris that finds itself in the tank
