engine up grades

I have a Sunl SLGK 250 watercooled. Does anyone know of anything I can do to the motor to make it have more power and faster? I have only had it about a month and it's all stock. Also where would I go to get the parts needed to make any suggested upgrades. Thanks

Rated power and rotate speed 12.5kw /7000rpm
Max power 17 /5500nm/R/min

Any help with engine upgrades would be helpful
