I have been having trouble with my HH250. For no apparent reason it started to run sluggish, stall at idle and soot up the pipe. I took the discs out of the muffler today and all the bolts were loose and the discs were stuck together. I ran it without them and there was a world of difference (also VERY loud). I must have backed into something or ran into it with the Crossfire (I checked and the bumper lines up perfectly with the muffler) and mashed the discs together. It's an easy fix but it had me scratching my head for a while.
