thank you again, I would love to see other homebuilt setups, I was also thinking of going bigger at some point, and would love to find links for body material.

the insulation is 1" fome sheet and the 3/8 sheeting weight was about 200 lbs and the cabinets and trim is all cedar so about 200 more total with all camp gear and one buggy in it about 2800 lbs on single axel. If it is all balanced well you can hardly feel it, and with the other in the truck it works out nicely.

Very nice work. YOu cut in all the windows? Looks factory. I like the cabinets, look nicer than whats in my house.
