I would try the arm springs that are in the clutch, then choose the mid size weight to put in the clutch arms. the clutch has instrutions for it.
put the belt on the rear pulley first only about 1/8 inch down from the lip. with the fan half off the variator slide the belt over then big pin, then install the fan half.
on the choke, unplug the wires from the harnes, remove the two screws holding onto the side of the cab, keep up with the 3 o-rings. install new choke with the o-rings in, and route the cable

i figured the belt out by compressing the clutch part and getting the belt down in it... i have the stock exhaust but im gonna drill it out.. so would the 125 stil be the one to start with? i left the white springs in they seemed to be about right from my reading.. but the weights kinda confused me so i just left it like it was... could someone explain the theory on the weights? thanx agian for you guys input..

the placement of the weights on that koso clutch will add more weight to the front middle or rear of the clutch arms. the more weight close to the tip of the arm the quicker the arm will start to stretch the spring

nope i didnt get any sink drain i was thinkin about that today when i was installing it... just regular pvc? i need a intake manifold i think what you call it.. the other rubber peice that bolts to the carb and to the head.. mines cracked.. anyone got a pick of the redneck intake? i took it for a drive today and it feels 100x better runs alot better seems like the trans keeps trying to shift in high gear after its already in high gear.. and im still having my reverse issues.. can you add a 90 to the drain to keep it high for water/mud? or will that hurt the performance?
