The front rims you will need are 10x5 with a 4/110mm bolt pattern. You should go with a 2+3 offset, but a 3+2 offset may still offer enough clearance. The tires would be 21x7-10, 22x7-10 or 22x8-10 to properly fit the rim.
I got the same problem. I got a 10* diff from one side to the other. Every thing looks straight but something aint right. I got to looking and it looks like the yahoo that mounted the steering box has it in crooked Not sure if thats the problem but I think I'm changing it

Remember that you have adjustment at the the tie rod and adjustment at the steering rack (under the rubber boots). It may be possible the steering rod is not threaded as deep on one side.
If everything is even from the rack to the steering rods to the tie rods, you may have a bent spindle axle or arm that is throwing you off.
Yea the rack is my last hope for a fix without cutting something or replacing parts. So far this thing has taken one on both sides so it could be something bent just slightly thats throwing it off. The fact still remains that my stearing box is mounted with what looks to be 1/8-1/4in slant to drivers side
