i dunno if this buggy is built very well or not... i rode it for about 1 hr did fine.. let me gf drive it and she bent the tie rod and the spindle bracket and the wheel could turn farther and pinched the brake line within 30s to 1min. so the rest of the day was hard to get back to where my truck and trailer was good hour or more of driving.. it did alright considering how it was handling now.. then the clutch started to slip... and time i got back to my trailer theres and awful noise sounds like the chain is loose and slapping but it isn't.. and to beat it all the reverse kick in and out gear you sometimes can hold it in gear some times you cant... i tried adjusted the cable every which way and vis-versa.. still never get any near close....
Every thing bent for no reason? That sounds like a tree or something to me. You need to get that rev. adjusted. Put it on jacks so to lesson the stress if it jumps gear. The shifter link on the tranny could be in wrong or the set screw in it could be out. I would bet it's the cable though. Pull off your cvt cover and see whats up. You may have ripped a belt and it's slapping the cover.

no it didnt been for no reason we were riding trails and it was a big u shaped trail and the left tire just grabbed the walll and cut the wheel all the way and she couldnt hold on to it. so it bent the tierod/spindle bending the wheel all the way back and crushing my brake line... so i need to pull the cvt and look at the belts? any thing else i should look for? reverse clicks the whole time you have it ingauged if its pulling or not... do these clutches go out alot? do they make a very strong one like a racing clutch that would hold up better with 2 people ridding?

sounds like the reverse cable needs adjusting. yes there are better clutches, I have the koso adjustable clutch and a regular racing clutch. make sure you pull the clutch off the pulley and clean all the belt out of there along with the variator

i adjusted it much as i could but it didnt make to much of a difference i did notice a setscrew missing in end of the cable in the chrome peice that bolts to the hub/clutch im guessing... do you think i need a new cable?
When I said check the belt it was in regards to the slaping sound. You said it sounded like the chain. BigE should be able to get you the parts you need

when you say set screw are you talking about a phillips head or allen head type? if its clicking all the time it might be stuck between gears. take the cable loose from the shifter and see if you can pull the cable out. or if it jumps inward
