What is it and whats it worth?

I think it looks better with the pastic off.If you sell it you can always put back on and it wont be all busted up.imo

You'll be fine. I noticed that it still has the stock exhaust on it so it couldn't have been beat up too bad, IMO.
As far as parts, most of the dealers on here can get parts for you.
Get it running right, THEN start the mods! :-)
