I finally got my motor dialed in after a week of troubleshooting. I got the brakes working again, and took it out for a quick test run and BOOM....The freaking CVT blows to bits. This buggy is killing me :blastg . Im on the verg of torching it. Im going to fix whats broken again and give it one more chance(Lighter fluid in hand). My question is, Since I am pulling the CVT to put on a new belt. Should I do the 1500 spring and some new rollers? if so, What weight rollers should I get. Blade has a sale on them right now. Are the rollers a direct replacement for the stockers or do I need to buy somthing else in there.

BTW. The buggy in reference is a 2001 model Kasea 150cc that was sitting for 3 years (outside) before it was givin to me . Please reply, I want to order the parts from Blade today so I can install them next week.

Im not a buggy master but I would say tha after sitting outside so long that belt may have become a little frail. I would get the spring and different waits, they usually make a big difference, Call your parts guy and he should be able to reccomend roller weight.

I called the folks at Blade and they recommended I go with 9G weights and the 1500 spring. I ordered the parts so I hope to get this thing going next week. I was not kidding about torching it either. If I don't get a sucessful run out of it after this, its going in the bonfire pit. I think it will be worth the couple hundred bucks I have into it. I will post the video :)

ALLBONES512, I need to change my avatar over to yours.

:beathorse [------- Put buggy in horses place.

I really am a nice person but this thing is getting to me. I figure just about all that could go wrong, has gone wrong, so it should live to ride again.
