As most of you know by now I blowed my transmission out Sunday at TB. Chucko just so happend to have the parts I needed to get it back up and going, thanks chuck. Ok now to the did you Know, after replacing the bearings and shaft in the transmission, I decided to use the trans cover that Chuck had given me off of a Hammerhead CN250. I bolted it all on and the final shaft would not move. I took it all back apart and after close comparison, the trans cover off of mine was different from the one from the Hammerhead. The casting was different and when you tightened it all the way up, it was mashing against the gears inside and locking up. I ended up using my trans cover, and it all fell togeather like bread and butter. Just thought Id see if anyone else has every encountered this. Both covers come from CN250s but casting on inside is different. So much for everything interchanging.

It really dont surprise me. The gy6's have issues like this all the time. Remember the plastic cover that ray gave me... Put it on and it locked the clutch. And they were from the same buggy
