This is the wiring diagram for my Buggy. Might help someone who doesn't have one at all, but it's not very complete.

I still have both manuals. They do help a little. Should I scan them and post a thread?

The diagram looks like it is for a 150cc buggy.

To the right of your stator is the rectifier/regulator:
Three yellows are AC from your stator
Red is positive DC
Green is ground

To the left of the stator is the CDI:
Black/Red is AC power from the stator
Black/White is the grounded kill from the ignition switch
Blue/White is the timing from the flywheel pickup
Black/Yellow is the CDI output to the coil
Green is ground to the CDI

The ignition switch has three settings:
Top is Off
Middle is Run
Bottom is start
