Good morning ladies and gentlemen
Just wanted to let everyone know how good the customer service is at Xcite Powersports in Pleasant Grove, Utah. I Recently bought two machines from the owner Dave Parduhn. A 500 cc Trakker 4 x 4 Buggy Truck and a Trakker 250 cc machine for the kids.
When I was in the research phase Dave answered all of my questions and was really someone I liked dealing with. After several return trips to narrow down which models I was interested in Dave and his son closed the shop and took me and my boys out to a place called five mile pass for test rides. This wasn't just unload the buggies drive them around for 2-3 minutes and go back to do the paper work.
Dave and his son let me and the boys get a good feel for the machines.
Due to work issues and being away from home I didn't even make a decision until almost seven months later. Dave didn't make repeated phone calls pressuring me to buy. We puchased in mid November of this year. (Both machines)
I did have some issues with the 250 early on, however Dave took prompt action and fixed everything under warranty.
This guy has gone out of his way to make things right. I had a lower ball joint on the 500 machine fail about six weeks ago. When I asked Dave about a part or somewhere I could take it, he felt really bad about all the trouble we were having. Believe it or not Dave actually gave me a second 500 for NOTHING!!!. I have the bill of sale.
The 500cc machine went for about $5200.00. Dave's shop also carries those Japanese mini trucks. He now specializes in that line. You want customer service and a guy who is honest, visit Xcite Powersports.

thats a devilville of a story,I find it hard to believe but I hope its true.Your telling me this dealer felt so bad he just gave you a 5200.00 buggy? Weve got some good dealers on here but I'm pretty sure they would never give anybody a free buggy, especially one that nice.Hey Bige,Glade,I want my free buggy!!

I think he was getting them straight from China, however my gut tells me his distributor was either Trakker over in Eagle Mountain Utah or S2S powersports. About ten days after I purchased the Trakker web site went down and hasn't come back up.
