 Post subject: yamoto quad help.

help please, i have a yamoto 250 quad bike, it has a loncin engine, i nneed a wiring diagrame for it, i took the engine out to repaint the frame, now put it back i have no spark at all i dont no if i have put the wires right way in to the cdi unit, ihave no power going to the coil. can some one please help me as my boy cant wait to go out on it, many thanks, mark.

i tried looking a little for you and had no luck with the wiring diagram.
here is a place to try maybe they can help you.
www.yamoto.com.au they have a contact page and can email them maybe they could send you a diagram,just a thought and maybe worth a try.

i read that you repainted the frame did you scrape the paint back off where the grounds wire go.i know some of us buggy riders have had trouble with paint causing the buggy not to get good enough or weak ground to fire the plug.just another thought.
