A greenhorns first post!
Howdy folks, say I don't suppose anybody out there could help in a chain adjustment on a ZHEJANG kandi 2012 KD 250 GKA-2 scooter? It has a double chain set up. A sticker on the swing arm says two bolts on the silencer to be loosened before you can adjust the chain. :? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look at previous posts of the GK13 which has the same setup.

Thanks for the reply. It does have the same set up and I did see where they touched on the subject once but no information was given that I could find on how to actually adjust the tension of the chains. Still looking!

There is a special tool for each side (2) total. Loosen the bolts use the tool and leave 1/4" slack. Do Not over tighten.

I was afraid you'd say that! Any idea of the name of the tool or where a guy could find one?

Thanks for the reply and info. I've been down more dead ends on this subject than I care to mention so I have researched it! Although it shows a two screw pattern and mines three maybe it'll still work. Now only to solve the "special tool' and where to get one problem and we're good to go. Custom made tool looks like.
