i did exactly what you just described. it deleted the pic but put this in it's place. now i can't delete, edit or anything else. when i try to hit the delete button it goes to the next page and asks if i am sure i want to delete it (hit yes or no). i click no and this error comes up.
the error message is:

I see your file name had spaces in it...wonder if that caused the problem...
