If you have a DC cdi you should have 12 volt back at cdi with switch in run position.it will be the 2 wire plug with probably just one wire being used. They make a flywheel puller for pulling the flywheel,the size I can't remember.
Also the pink wire is common probably just a different manufacturer.

As an update. The clutch upgrades I did worked great. I have since sold the 660 and went to a 700. I did the shim mod and removed the grease from the 700 clutch with stock rollers. So far everything is working good. I am planning to get greasless parts eventually but right now its doing good. Glad ...

No problem :) The yellow kill switch wire should go back to kill pin on cdi it should'nt have have nothing to do with engine turn over. Now if memory is right the black ground should have jumper wire over to key switch for its ground. Check those wires again. Also go back to electrical box should be...

I ordered a new ignition switch for my Baja Dune 150. Looking at the back of the ignition the connections seem to only be numbered (1, 2 and 3).
