I'm not huge into the off road buggy world, had a kenbar yardkart growing up (you know pre roll cage, pre CVT) went through a set of tires a summer on that thing.

The kid wanted a gokart/buggy/something to drive. So I bought a couple of very beat up projects. One is a either a Hammerhead twister 250cc old model, or a Kinroad 250. This one we put on a new carb, ignition coil, changed the fluids, and a few other odds and ends and got it driving including new brake master. Green one

The other is a Dazon Raider (yellow/orange one) I think but it has a 250cc not a 150 on it but it is missing most of the electronics and gear box etc. I'm considering making this one a 48v electric, but after adding up the cost to do it right.... I may just slap an old craftsman engine I had used to teach the kid how to rebuild it and a cvt on it and call it done... may just pass it on by the time I weld in a new floor pan and make it run I would have too much money in it to make sense.... not that projects ever make financial sense.

Dazon also sold an odd ball 175cc - Snap some more pictures of it. If it is a 175, you are better off with an engine swap.

The Dazon is missing the reverse box (its actually on the green one) and was told it didn't run when I bought it. Not sure the CC's but it has the valve adjusters like the cf250 so its some sort of derivative of that. I'm sure I could get it running if I spent some time on it but... yeah probably not worth the time.

I'll post more pics of the engine when I get a chance.

Looks like a cn250 to me. Neither looks like a Hammerhead.

Would it be possible to post a pic of the rear caliper? I have a simitar kinroad but did come with the bolts to install the caliper.... amongst other bolts. Hoping to see what I need.
