Currently doing a GK-13 CBR 600 F4i Swap. Looking at the wiring atm. What do I need to keep as the bare minimum from the bike to make this thing run.

Keep everything. Extend the harness to the driver seat so you can have your factory controls up there, but keep the harness intact. Don't modify anything you don't have to.

Will do. Thanks for that. Was gettin ready to start hacking the harness appart. I'll pick up a large water proof ammo Crate and wrap it up. when I pulled the bike engine I saved every wire so I should be good. Just need to figure out if there are kill switches hidden in the mix.

The only safety switches you'll need to worry about are the clutch and kick stand. I believe they're both shorted, but you'll need to confirm that...there's several CBR groups on facebook and that's usually the easiest and fastest way to get a solid answer. There's also a bank angle sensor...aka tip sensor...but I prefer to leave this intact. It kills the motor if the bike falls over...a thing I think is still pretty useful in a buggy. You'll need to mount that in a proper orientation, though.

I used ammo boxes with my first build but I'm never doing that again. It didn't seal up very well and wasn't as easy to mount and keep neat as I thought. These boxes are a bit more pricey but are WAY better. You can get them at home depot or lowes.

Go to cbr forums. I installed an f4i and had to make a circuit to start the vehicle.

Are you certain there’s mo spark or it’s just not firing?

I’m drawing from a nearly 20 year old memory here...but if i recall correctly...the wiring harness for the coils goes up from the main harness up to the coils, around the head and back down on the other side where it plugs back into the main harness. Make sure it’s all plugged in and in the correct place.

Tip sensor on the F4i kills ignition. Check that.

Kick stand switch disables the starter button and ignition.

....i think....
